Listen "Anna Johnson, The Butterfly Path"
Episode Synopsis
From a young age, Anna Johnson was an advocate for mental health. But when Anna lost her father to suicide when she was just 22 years old, she decided to create The Butterfly Path, a non-profit organization that provides mental health resources to people in Western Wisconsin and the Twin Cities. Anna credits the Hudson community with providing her family an outpouring of support after her dad's death, and she is now paying it forward with the work she's doing to help others with The Butterfly Path. On this week's episode, Anna joins to talk about her own mental health journey, offers advice to anyone out there who might need help with their own mental health challenges, shares a bit about her podcast "That Foreign Feeling," and more.Send a message to the hostFollow St. Croix Stories on Facebook and Instagram, and hear all episodes at stcroixstories.com.
