But did you know that the Valmiki Ramayana was taught as a mandatory subject in ancient gurukulams? Yes, it was. But unfortunately it is completely out of the school texts now in the current Macaulay education system. In #VVV #Gurukulams, it is being taught as a subject and the sessions are being blessed by Srimajjagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Raghaveshwara Bharati Mahaswamiji to the students of VVV gurukulams through online mode.
