Dees what it means to be better and not bitter, but also give an understanding of Posttraumatic Growth and how it can help you become better and not bitter in your own life. Learn what PTG is and how being bitter can keep you from living a happy and fulfilled life. I talk about 5 areas in which PTG shows up in your life when you know you are growing. This is part 1 of part 2 of this chapter because it was such good information that I had to split it up ya'll.
