Her wealth of experience includes being inside collegiate athletics as a Division I college gymnast, collegiate coach and mom of Olympic and collegiate gymnasts. Professionally, Luan served 30 years as a USA Gymnastics administrator. Currently, Luan enjoys helping gymnasts find their “perfect fit” in her role as a personal recruiting advisor for Jill Hicks Consulting.
