James McLaughlin is the CEO of the charity Cure Leukaemia. Leukaemia is a form of blood cancer and as a part of his role as CEO, James is heading up several fund-raising initiatives, like Tour the Tap, the 21 Tour and he also ran 4 consecutive marathons. Before James started working for Cure Leukaemia he has held several managerial roles within sports. In 1999 he worked as head of sales at Southamptons football clubs moved on to work for NIKE, Watford and Warwickshire Cricket Club.
