When it comes to healing our inner child, there are many ways. One way is to honor the wishes of achieving your dreams from when you were younger. What is it that you always wanted to do but were too afraid to do? What did you want to be when you grow up? And why aren’t you trying to achieve that dream now as an adult? For so long, we’ve buried our hopes and dreams and hoped that one day, we would stop dreaming. That one day we would get over not achieving a major goal we’ve always wanted to achieve. But lately, we keep going back and forth with ourselves about going after those dreams. No matter how much we push those feelings down, they are on the precipice of making us explode. So this week let’s honor our inner child and try and see about achieving those goals we had at a young age, and let’s see if we can try and make those dreams we’ve harvested within ourselves come true. We never know if those dreams are just dreams unless we actually do something about them.
