In this episode, we explore ways that temporary mood and ever-present grief are intertwined. Being mindful of your reaction to stimuli, making a decision to think differently, realizing that you may be on "autopilot" response (based on the known past)—all of this gets back to intention and fulfillment and to mindfulness.
Mindful intention to mood can be like being in a play—going into character. You can put yourself into a bad mood by thought alone. You can get to a "happy place" by though alone, too.
