Pour yourself a 'Firecracker' and join us for this episode all about Jo.Firecracker Cocktail Recipe2 large watermelon chunks - 1.5 ounces of light rum - .5 ounces triple sec - .5 ounces of lime juice - .5 ounces of simple syrup - 1/6 teaspoon of cayenne pepperInstructions: Muddle/squish up the watermelon to extract the juice then add in the rum, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir well before adding the cayenne. -- We mixed it all in a cocktail shaker to combine all the ingredients well. Also, you can adjust the amount of cayenne to your taste, but a little goes a long way. ;)MOCKTAIL RECIPESubstitute the rum for nonalcoholic rum, or skip it. Substitute the Triple sec for a splash of orange juice or lemon lime soda. As always, adjust the ingredients as you'd like. Enjoy!
