HOLY TRICKSTER COCKTAIL2 ounces light rum, 3/4 ounce lemon juice, 3/4 ounce simple syrup, 8-10 mint leaves, 1/4 cup strawberries, Ginger aleTo make it: First of all, rim your glass with sanding sugar. We chose pink. Trust us, you won't regret it.We muddled the strawberries which became a challenge later so maybe don't do that. You can just cut up your strawberries and add them to your glass with some mint leaves. Add in the lemon juice, simple syrup, and rum to your strawberry mint situation. Mix it all and top with ginger ale. Ta da!MOCKTAIL - Don't add rum, or use nonalcoholic rum. That's the only difference.
