We're proud to present to you 'Pharoah' from the new album from Kahil El’Zabar’s the Ethnic Heritage Ensemble. This is a music group with a long, established history in the American underground spiritual jazz scene. Kahil El’Zabar is one of Chicago’s finest and a world-renowned musician, composer and multi-percussionist - an artist on a league of his own, with a significant contribution in the continuation of the spiritual and afro-futuristic jazz for the last four decades.

Kahil El’Zabar’s performance on multi-percussion and vocals has been described as “Jazz as spiritual experience”. Ethnic Heritage Ensemble’s incredible line-up also includes the super-talented Corey Wilkes on trumpet, the deep, extraordinary Alex Harding on baritone sax and the fierce Ian Maksin on cello.
