We hear of their different ways of serving their Lord, and we get the sense that Martha struggles with that invisible line we all have close to us: crossing the line from faithful and joyful service to her friends and her Lord, to angry, stressed and grudging service.There is a lot to do in life. The ever-present pull of that stressful thing called ‘busy’ is always around. But who is the problem when it comes to crossing that line, ‘busy’ itself or you and I who choose to be too ‘busy’?Jesus names our struggle but then gives us his solution to angry or begrudging service.
