It's about developing a deeper relationship with God so you can get to know him and hear his voice and know the plans he has for you. 
“John 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.” Hear his voice, see him, seek him. Get to know him better so you can learn the plans he has for you and your assignment here.  The thing I have been realizing is the more time you spend with God, the better you get to know him and recognize his voice in your everyday life."
