Prof. Julio F. D. Rezende is a pioneer in Brazil promoting quality education related to Space, Sustainability, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math on Mars, identifying some possible solutions to be applied in arid and semiarid regions, verifying issues related to the operation of self-sustaining habitats. His interest is related to sustainability and space. Rezende is Bachelor of Management and Psychology, master and Ph.D. in Sustainability (Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte – UFRN), and post-doc in the University of Central Florida- UCF (Orlando-Florida). Julio Rezende has published more than 10 books about sustainability and innovation. Teaches in the Industrial Engineering in UFRN, is coordinator of space analog station HABITAT MARTE, innovation director of FAPERN, and councilor in CFA. Performs lectures in different countries about sustainability, innovation, and management in English and Spanish.
