In 2021, he became one of the team leaders, and in 2023, he was appointed the General Manager of Satellite System Development No. 1. In this role, Stefan oversees the development of the StriX satellites as well as their operation.Prior to joining Synspective, Stefan was the General Manager of the Development Department at Tranzas Inc. in Yokohama, Japan. Working with multinational teams from Japan, Taiwan and Singapore, he managed the development of the company's IoT products that were used in building management systems.Originally from Romania, Stefan moved to Japan in 2014.
