No tengo muchas oportunidades de sentarme a escribir o crear, aunque las ganas no han faltado. El año no va como planeaba y no he podido dibujar tanto, algo que me entristece un poco porque, como contaba, esto es un camino de resistencia y mucha práctica.


Today I want to share this small drawing I made. I had been without electricity for more than 18 hours and had finished all my tasks for the day, but I decided to take a moment to let myself flow, just random strokes and be as creative as possible. Honestly, it's not a very big or very pretty and precise drawing, but I really liked the final result. It's one of those rare times when the only tool I used were my fingers, and compared to others I've made this way before, this one is far superior.

Hoy les quiero compartir este pequeño dibujo que realicé. Llevaba más de 18 horas sin electricidad y había finalizado todos mis pendientes del día, pero me decidí a tomar un momento para dejarme fluir, solo trazos al azar y dejar ser lo más creativo posible. La verdad, no es un dibujo muy grande o muy lindo y preciso, pero me gustó mucho el resultado final. Es una de esas pocas veces que la única herramienta que uso son mis dedos, y si lo comparo con otros que he realizado de esta forma con anterioridad, este es por mucho superior.


On this occasion, I also wanted to try Ibis Paint for the first time because I've always used Photoshop, and I really liked the app, but I missed some layer adjustments that I couldn't find and, above all, the brushes I'm used to. I also wanted to play a lot with lights and reflections, combining the blue of the hair and the paleness of the face with bright orange lights.

También en esta ocasión quise probar Ibis Paint por primera vez, porque siempre he usado Photoshop, y la verdad me gustó mucho la aplicación, pero extrañé algunos ajustes de capas que no encontré y, sobre todo, mis pinceles a los que estoy acostumbrado. También quise jugar mucho con las luces y los reflejos, combinando el azul del cabello y la palidez del rostro con luces brillantes de color naranja.
