For this episode we talk about our first aid experiences, some very basic supplies you should always have on hand, and places to receive training for yourself.  It's always good to have training, and to keep up with that training.  CPR, basic first aid, and some advanced first aid training is always available.  Some organizations even have these trainings, and certification available for free, or a reduced cost.  Keep in mind, every time you use this training, sometimes there are things that happen.
