Gloria Gaynor's latest release, Testimony, won a GRAMMY this year for Best Roots Gospel Album. Gloria co-wrote almost all of Testimony's inspirational songs about faith and struggle. She has an amazing life story, starting her career in a very decadent era and since then, she has not only survived, but has thrived. She is an inspiration through her faith, her message and her music. Gloria lived with decades long debilitating back problems (from a stage fall before "I Will Survive") and multiple surgeries before getting "Back on Top" and making the album of her dreams.
