This question is a great one for both reflection and planning if you are up to that at this time of the year.It's supportive when looking at the big picture view - whose kind of world does my business cultivate. And when looking at smaller day to day decisions - whose kind of world does it cultivate if I say yes/no?The world we have, the culture we are swimming in, doesn't just happen 'over there' or 'by them'. How you show up matters.
