Conditional living is rooted in limiting beliefs that are stored in our subconscious mind and run on autopilot, keeping us stuck in the same behaviors. It is directly linked to our self-worth and can lead to a disconnection from ourselves and a lack of self-love. Overcoming conditional living requires awareness, mindfulness, reframing beliefs, and embracing authenticity.
