90,000 thoughts a day, only 21,600 breaths.  You are bound to fall into a pattern and react instead respond. What does this have to do with communication?  Everything! The way you communicate to yourself is actually the first thing you must focus on if you are to have successful relationships.  Because whatever is showing up in relationship outside of yourself is actually in direct proportion to how you speak and interact with yourself.

Be mindful of how you are communicating to yourself first... that will tell you everything.  And then remember a few things:  so much of communication is non verbal.  We lose that in technology.  Communication is not just talking, it's listening.  And assimilating.  And projecting.  And integrating.  Listen this week ... Mercury went into retrograde the other day.  Pay attention!! You communication is everything!
