In Matthew 5:38-42 Jesus said, among other things, that when someone slaps us on the right cheek, we are to turn the other cheek and offer it for them as well. When people do evil things to us, does Jesus want us to simply roll over and do nothing? What is it that Jesus wants us to understand and do?
