Somerset Stories meets artist, block printer, and microfarmer – Jai Bess. Growing up in the county, Jai has always had strong values around how we can be better stewards of the land that surrounds us, and wants to create a movement which gives better access to communities looking to produce their own foods in a sustainable way. To communicate this, she creates signature prints which celebrate the freedom that food production and foraging gives us. Most recently, her family has embarked on a microfarming project, with the aim of bringing the food that we eat a lot closer to home. We've also got music from Bristol-based folk singer-songwriter, Jake Morgan
