It was all black and white in my mind and this was reinforced for decades as my professional career always revolved around accounting functions. Today let's shine a light on how that was not helpful with regard to my weight loss. Let's notice this together and see if this type of thinking has helped you in the past, or if this is helping you today. We can always choose something different.
