Are you someone who would describe yourself as being an "all or nothing" type of person? I sure was. It was all black and white in my mind and this was reinforced for decades as my professional career always revolved around accounting functions. Today let's shine a light on how that was not helpful with regard to my weight loss. Let's notice this together and see if this type of thinking has helped you in the past, or if this is helping you today. We can always choose something different. The Podcast almost always begins with client and friend coverations I've had recently, so let's discuss two dear friends of mine who did not even know they said the very same thing about this.
