Christine is a former architect turned chocolatier who combined her rich understanding of thoughtful proportions and composition to start Grön in 2014. Christine lives with her husband Jasper, their two kids, a dog, cat, two horses, and nine chickens on Skunk Valley Farm outside Portland, a Tier 11 Clean Green Certified farm. Together, the husband and wife duo is committed to providing sustainably cultivated seed-to-sale confections.
