Prue is a Principal Lawyer in the litigation and dispute resolution team at Macpherson Kelley.

She has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of commercial disputes including franchising, debt recovery, insolvency, lease disputes, building and construction and shareholder disputes. Her clients include small to medium sized businesses, foreign owned subsidiaries, franchisors, franchisees, company directors and individuals.

She has a true passion for dispute resolution, always taking a commercial and proactive approach to find a resolution. Her well-honed life skills and true sense of empathy instil confidence in her clients allowing her to find the triggers that build a strategic, winning edge in what would otherwise be a complex and costly litigation.

Prue is a member of the Franchise Council of Australia, the Australian Institute of Credit Management and a regular attendee at Women in Insolvency and Restructuring (WIRV) events.

Outside of work, Prue has an 11 year old daughter and is passionate about health and fitness and influencing others to make lifestyle changes to be at their best.
