About Kyle:
Kyle Gonzalez is an integrative health and wellness professional and author. Following a successful Division I basketball player career, Kyle earned multiple certifications (NSCA, NASM, Precision Nutrition, FMS, and RPR) within the performance, health, and wellness fields before getting into coaching and writing. After obtaining his Master’s Degree in Kinesiology, he gained experience across several different domains, including teaching at the graduate level, personal training, developing performance coaches, and serving as the director at several prominent gyms. He has worked with and learned from clients ranging from professional athletes to high-level executives, elderly clients to youth students, and even Hollywood stars. His work has been featured in Men’s Health, The Washington Post, NBC News, Extra, Real Simple, and Prevention.com. He is the author of The Vitality System, a newly released book that empowers people to take control of and optimize their health and wellness, build sustainable habits, and create lasting change. He currently works as the Head of Content at a fast-growing human performance and supplement start-up, Momentous, based in Park City, Utah.
