The time has come. At the start of lockdown, I had a vision and thought about a podcast, I bought the MIC, got my daughter and husband to do some research and then did NOTHING!!!!
Then one of my teachers asked if we would be interested in learning how to laugh a podcast, I said yes and literally 24 hours later from watching the masterclass, here we are. I don't mess around, once I make the decision, its done!!!
The is the 1st episode with a short intro,  a practise to SLOW DOWN and reconnect with you, and a beautiful reading. A practise to come back to time and time again.
