Listen "Social Factors and Sleep"
Episode Synopsis
Sleeping well requires more than just laying down at night. Many broader factors impact on sleep such as working hours, the neighbourhood we live in, financial and family stability, race and gender. To better understand the interaction between social factors we spoke with Assoc Prof Dustin Duncan, a social and spatial epidemiologist from Columbia University, New York. Dr Moira Junge (Health Psychologist) and Dr David Cunnington (Sleep Physician) host the monthly podcast, Sleep Talk - Talking all things sleep.
