As a practitioner, Carla partners with those seeking to live their best lives.
Carla is a practitioner, author, speaker, and passionate advocate for those wishing to incorporate health-positive behaviors and partner with those seeking to live their best lives as they age dynamically.
She expanded from focusing solely on “Nutrition and what's on your meal plate”- to “Nourishment- What's on Life's Plate.” Merging the wisdom of traditional medicine and contemporary evidence-based practices allows for a deeper understanding of health, happiness, and purpose.
Her next projects include her third book due to be released in August 2023 and her virtual membership group, Dynamic Decades, for women ages 60, 70, and 80+ where members can connect, find support, and navigate life's challenges as well as celebrate life's successes.
