In this episode, we sample some of their finest beers, including:• Pixel Density - An IPA with citra hops• P3 Pils - A crispy clean lager with flavors reminiscent of lightly toasted bread, a touch of citrus, and herbal tea.• DDH Double Pixel Density - Phase Three raised the ABV of their regular Pixel Density to 8% and applied the double dry hop treatment using fruity Citra and Citra Cryo, resulting in a sticky-icky flavor.• DDH Full Sounds - A hazy dank Pacific Northwest hop combo • DDH Color Scheme - Phase Three took Citra, Sabro and Vic Secret, double dry-hopped 'em and got DDH Color Scheme. Has fruity notes of pineapple, mango and subtle hints of pine. • Niu - The base porter is light, but uses full-flavored UK malted grains, including Maris Otter, crystal malts and chocolate malts.
