Welcome back to the second season of the Sit With Snit podcast. This season is focused explicitly on sitting with singlehood; how to live a meaningful life while still searching for your life partner. We process ideas and topics by engaging in thought-provoking conversations with different speakers. I'm still determining what came first; the idea for this season's theme or our first guest speaker, my dear friend, and colleague Remi Stern. 
Remi and I met while attending undergrad at Boston University. Both experienced a tremendous spiritual awakening in our Judaism that would later help shape the path of our lives. Nearly 6 years later, I knew I wanted to speak with her about the importance of self-love in our journeys. Remi's forte and mission as a certified life and health coach are to help bridge the gap between where we are in life and where we want to be.
