In this episode I share journaling that reminds us that God is waiting for us in each day. He longs for us to connect with Him in stillness and to refresh us with His Spirit throughout our day. Psalm 46:10 says to “be still and know that I am God” which I think is a key lesson for how to do this life. Practicing stillness can look differently for each of us, but when we are feeling depleted it is often a reminder to reconnect with God in this way. The Spirit of God is within you and that Spirit is someone you can go to for refreshment any time and any place you need it.
