Writing has many benefits. Learn about several on this episode such as:
SLOWING DOWN, NOTICING YOUR LIFE

Michelle and Lisa recognize that it’s not uncommon for people to resist writing. So, we address some forms of resistance to writing and some tips to combat them.
Writing is a habit that is so beneficial and it DOES NOT have to be time-consuming or complicated! Keep it SIMPLE by trying these:
Set a timer for 2 minutes and stop writing when the timer goes off.
Begin with a prompt such as, God, I come to you today feeling….Simply finish that sentence or continue on to more. One idea is to write, And, I recognize I need…
