Worship Walk: Using Your Walk Time to Connect and Be Present with God

Welcome to episode #48. We are continuing on in our Simple Summer Series! We are having so much fun participating along with you all in these different practices this summer. Talking so much about being present and mindful this summer is truly helping us experience and enjoy this summer. We are enjoying it and feeling present without dreading the end of it. We hope you guys are finding these episodes helpful. But, honestly, they are only helpful, if you do them! That is why we have been encouraging your participation in challenges in our Facebook group! We have done the Mindful Meal Challenge and the Sensory Walk Challenge. It has been so fun to read about your experiences in the group.

You all may remember we have talked about Worship Walks in the past! Lisa coached Michelle regarding her worship walk habit. Michelle has made pivots and has discovered how to gain what she desires even when it cannot look exactly like a worship WALK.
