Here we are at Episode 2 of Simple Steps Podcast! We have another simple topic for you this week: WALKING!
Walking is a form of movement that packs a real punch. These are just some of the benefits of walking: Improves your mood, burns calories and helps maintain a healthy weight, improves heart health, reduces risk of chronic disease, reduces stress, improves your sleep, boosts brain power, alleviates joint pain, delays the onset of varicose veins, stimulate your digestive system, kickstarts your immune system, protects your bones and enhances creativity.

On this episode, Michelle and Lisa, discuss ways in which they incorporate walking into their lives. They also talk about ways to maximize your time on your walks.

What does God have to say about walking? Galatians 5:16-18…what a grace-filled way to look at moving your body. Honoring the Spirit and not the flesh. My flesh tells me it must hurt and be hard, but God says, you are not under the law, but grace! Walk in His grace!
