We need to talk about... Depression. I've talked about this topic several times before, especially in SP's blog and a lot of guest writers have talked about this too. Depression among developers (and tech professionals) is a serious thing and it should not be repressed. We really need to talk about that. As you know, I have some strong and different views about this that a lot of people complain and tell me how I'm wrong.
