Andrew Hallam’s high-tech career, in excess of 44 years in the telecommunications industry, has ranged from engineering, managing operations, consultancy and business development, to founder, Managing Director and CEO positions for startups that have grown to be successful businesses. In the ’90s launched operations for Teleglobe (now Tata) in the UK and Europe, from 2000 onwards founded Chinamotion (now CITIC), launched NowMobile in 2010 and negotiated terms for the launch of 4 new countries on the Lycamobile Network.

Currently Chief Executive Officer at To The Moon Mobile, Andy leads the UK team in launching a successful Fintel MVNO, providing innovative new best-of-breed services that bring Mobile Telecommunications and Fintech services together on one platform.
