The mixture of natural colors green, yellow, orange makes the plate more attractive.
Cucumber helps to keep the body cool and increases the glow of the skin. Cucumber is a water-rich vegetable which is especially necessary during summers. Then there are banana slices which contain potassium and vitamin B6 which help maintain energy in the body. Then there are apples which help in weight loss. Then there is malta which contains vitamin C. Vitamin C helps in removing toxins from the body.
Fresh fruits and vegetables should be included in our daily diet. They provide fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to the body.
