Listen "26. Mental Health: Preparing For The New"
Episode Synopsis
Further to your feedback, today, I am back, just me, talking to you about some of my recent experiences which I hope will help you to navigate what may be happening in your lives right now. My focus today is preparing ourselves for the new! I look into the benefits of having a re-set, and taking short breaks. I also discuss what we can do to get back on the wagon of our goals when stuff happens to cause us to fall off the wagon. Mind over matter is a real thing! Neuroplasticity of the brain supports and even creates our goals – our brain – quite literally – has the ability to conspire with us to help us to attain our goals. My final thoughts are centred around goal setting in the context of finding our purpose – something I have talked about before – and something that is core to our existence.
