With a mission to empower caregivers to reclaim their time, energy, and well-being, Yates offers a compassionate and pragmatic approach to navigating the demanding role of caregiving. Her personal journey as a caregiver, starting at the age of eight, deeply shapes her perspective and informs her work today. Her book, From Guilt to Good Enough: A Caregiver's Journey of Overcoming Caregiver Burnout Through Healing Childhood Trauma, is coming out on February 11.
