That question led me on a journey of self-discovery—one that now fuels my passion for helping other moms navigate this transition.  As a Board-Certified Nurse Coach, I support women in rediscovering their purpose, joy, and identity after their children leave home. Whether you’re feeling lost, unsure of what’s next, or struggling to put yourself first, I help you embrace this new chapter with clarity and confidence.  I’m also the founder of Nurse Coach Finders (NCF), a platform that connects clients and businesses with board-certified nurse coaches to improve lives. I believe that personalized support leads to lasting change—whether for moms rediscovering themselves or businesses supporting their teams.
