Women need to learn how to step into their God Given Power.

Why do so many women fear power? They shrink in a room filled with powerful men. They sit in meetings listening to the question, know the answer yet refuse to raise their hands. Then secretly, silently get mad when a co-worker they told their idea to, takes that idea as their own.
For far too long, women have dumbed down their knowledge and allowed others to get substantial pay increases as they settled for what someone gave them. Knowing full well they were in a higher position, but I was told, the man has a family to support, I have a husband. Seriously. (I have often wondered knowing he had two daughters if his views have changed.)
Women must learn to stand up, raise their hand, without any fear. Forget the knowledge that not so long ago women were burned at the stake. Be confident in their leadership abilities. Understand they are equal partners in this world.
Be confident. Be the person you know in your heart you were born to be. You sense the powerful, beautiful, confident women locked within your soul. Let her out. Release her! She is ready to take her position on the stage of life. If you want to learn how to stand in your power
