At the time of the interview, Deb was Senior advisor with the Department for Education.  She has since returned to Brown Falconer as Principal and this conversation allows us a glimpse of the dedication and passion which has gained her the widespread respect of the profession, clients and colleagues, and of the kindness, humour and optimism she radiates whenever you are lucky enough to be in the same space.This conversation takes us back to Deb’s early days.  I hope you enjoy her story as much as I did!
