Today's guest is Claudia Miller. Immigrated from Guatemala when she was 4yo and was first in her family to graduate high school and now she holds a Master's degree. While trying to discover her career plan she figured out how to land her ideal job while getting $30k salary increases repeatedly and breaking into 6-figures all before the age of 30. Now, she's a Career Coach and speaker who helps driven professionals advance in their careers while getting $15k-$50k salary increases even during COVID. Due to her success she's been featured in Business Insider, Forbes and WGN and was named one of the Top 23 Innovative Career Coaches of 2020 by Business Insider.
