Today's guest is Candice Faktor. Candice is an experienced tech exec, with a strong background in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, growth mindset curriculum development, entrepreneurship and leadership coaching. Candice has been a pioneer behind the Canadian tech ecosystem and has a passion for furthering Toronto’s tech ecosystem.
Candice is currently the Managing Partner at Gamechanger, an innovation firm that is passionate about investing, advising, and creating in an uncertain and exponential world. She is a venture partner with a leading Silicon Valley venture capital fund as well as the Board Member of Coveo, a leading enterprise AI company valued at $1Bn+. Prior to investing and advising, Candice was the Global GM of Wattpad and co-founded the corporate innovation and venture arm at Torstar Digital. During her time at Wattpad, Candice grew their user base past 80MM. She began her career as a Strategy Consultant for Deloitte Monitor.
