Our guest for today is Anne Fricke. Anne is an author, performance poet, storyteller, podcaster, mother and wife. She lives in far Northern California, writes daily, and travels when she can.
Anne talks about life events in her life that brought her grief which took her 5 years to get over when. This happened only when she discovered that wrtiting and performing poetry is her coping/healing mechanism, her meditation, her therapy, and her counselor. What is yours?
