This sit down with Aissatou was more than just discussing her law career, but was all about the incredible energy we shared, and experienced in that room, I mean Aissatou is one of the most beautiful souls I have ever come across.  I have always had this belief personally, but my interaction with her made me realize even more that having a phenomenal personality is KEY to being successful at anything and everything we do in life.  Companies can train us in different fields for different job opportunities, but they can't train us on who we are from the core. Generally, we are all born with certain personality traits, and it is a blessing to be naturally gifted with an awesome personality trait.
