Karla Can is the Executive Director of the Immigrant Hope office at Shoreline Community Church (EFCA) in Santa Barbara, CA. This is the highest-volume Immigrant Hope office, and it operates alongside a community education program. They have also developed significant partnerships with other local churches, nonprofits, colleges, businesses, and foundations to serve the community.
