This was such a fun conversation with a friend of mine here in Ottawa. Victoria Birch is a self love and wellness advocate who has just received her certification as a holistic nutritionist. She also offers energy services and is ever expanding her knowledge on energetic, emotional and physical healing, body work and breathwork. There are so many topics of mutual interest for both of us that it was hard to choose just a few for this first conversation, but there will be many more. We talk about Victoria's experience recovering from an abusive and codependent relationship which led her to her awakening, self love and healing journey. Most recently Victoria has also been diving into dream interpretation. We talk about our individual experiences with dream messages as well as the dream connection to past lives and their use in  healing from past and current life trauma.We could have talked for days but we kept it to an hour for this first one.
