Two years on and reliving the moments of this episode I feel like an idiot! Knowing what I know now, which still isn't as much as I should but I'm always learning, I wish I could go back to 2022 and help guide the path past the mistakes (plural) that I made. HOWEVER, I also know that had I not made those mistakes we wouldn't be where we are now. That's not to say we are in the clear, there is still turbulence around my runway, but I feel more confident in taking risks that I've at least forecast the outcomes of. In 2022 after signing two large sponsorship partnerships I thought I could rinse and repeat the same strategy and have consistent income from selling our two podcasts while creating two more in the background.
